Megan Williamson has changed my life.
No actually that’s not honorable enough. My personal trainer Megan transformed my life. As an incomplete quadriplegic I honestly thought my journey to what I wanted for myself physically was going to be impossible. Megan has gone above and beyond to make this happen for me, from adapting workouts to fit my limitations to helping me build an easy and healthy eating regime.
The most incredible outcome through her belief in my recovery that Megan has given me, which a lot of professionals said would never happen; was my ability to progress from an adapted standing device to being able to support myself standing in a set of regular parallel bars. Megan has given me my life, confidence and dignity back that so many people with disabilities lose and I will be forever grateful.
