Adaptive Fitness Education
Our team offers educational courses and consulting on fitness inclusion and the skills for working with clients with physical disabilities in the gym or studio setting. These educational opportunities are for any health and wellness practitioners who take on clients with physical disabilities.
Megan Williamson, BA, CPT and rehab specialist has 12 years of experience in the field and 7 years working at the Blusson Spinal Cord Center with clients out of the Physical Activity Research Center (PARC).
Our training is Fitness Alberta, BC RPA, NASM, and Canfitpro approved. Courses can be used for CEU’s or CEC’s towards recertification within your field of practice.
