Our in person coaching services are based in Vancouver. In order for clients to use the adapted training facility, they must be a part of the research study at ICORD. For more information please go to: ICORD.org/parc

When I first joined PARC, I tried to exercise but realized the pain I was in after and therefore needed help.
That’s when I give a Megan a try. I started with 6 session, once a week and after the 2nd or 3rd workout I saw that my spasms had decreased and I was in no pain!
She understands my limitations and therefore has introduced adaptive stretching before the workout and now I am doing this on a daily basis so that I can get my muscles moving in the morning.
Megan is my workout buddy, she is easy to work with, and pushes me to do better without hurting myself. I can’t thank her enough…because no word can describe that awesome feeling after a workout. Thank you Megan!
